Build the next generation of women supply chain leaders
Supply chain sits at the heart of how the world works — but leadership doesn’t reflect the talent that exists. We’re building a practical pipeline that turns potential into leadership: role models, education access, internships, and mentoring — measured by real outcomes.
A lean, outcome-first initiative designed to move resources to students — not overhead.

The gap isn’t talent. It’s the path.
Too few women reach top supply chain roles — and the drop-off is especially stark at VP and C-suite levels. The issue isn’t only hiring. It’s retention, readiness, and access to the steps that lead to leadership.
Statistic:
“In the EU, women make up only about 22% of the transport/logistics workforce.” (Source: European Commission Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport, DG MOVE)
Why it matters:
When women lead, organisations perform better and relationships improve. We want more of that impact — in every industry.
Our mission
UnChain Your Mind exists to increase the number of women who become supply chain leaders by removing friction at the moments where careers are most often redirected: education choices, first opportunities, early confidence, and sustained sponsorship.

A practical leadership pipeline (built like a supply chain)
We connect role models, schools, companies, and high-potential students into a repeatable system — designed to scale country by country.
- Role Models → Create ambition: We make leadership visible through talks, access, and real stories — so students can picture themselves in the role.
- Funding → Open access: We help fund top Supply Chain & Technology studies so cost doesn’t decide who gets to lead.
- Internships → First real opportunities: We secure high-quality internships designed to lead to offers — not “busywork.”
- Mentoring → Sustain momentum: We stay connected through coaching and mentoring that supports confidence, decisions, and progression.
Immediate objective: raise enough funding to sponsor several talented women students into top European programs.
Non-negotiables
- Outcome-first: we measure progress in real opportunities created (students funded, internships delivered, hires made, promotions achieved).
- Lean by design: the initiative exists to move resources to students, not into overhead.
- Partnership over heroics: schools + companies + leaders acting together.
- Scalable system: pilots are built to repeat — the next country, the next school, the next company.

A journey that starts the chain reaction
This initiative begins with a visible catalyst: a bicycle journey across Europe to connect communities and raise seed funding for the first grants (targeting 2027). It’s a symbol — but the point isn’t the ride. The point is what the ride unlocks.
Trip highlights:
- London → Paris
- Utrecht → Düsseldorf
- Barcelona → Milan

- Partner companies committed
- Internships delivered
- Offers & hires
- Mentorship matches
- Promotions over time
We’ll publish progress regularly — what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re improving.
